How the Removal Process Works

Scheduling

We schedule the removal day or days based on scope. Residential removals are typically a single day; commercial or larger properties may take more time. We confirm the schedule and show up when we say.

Step 3

Turf Removal

We cut the turf into manageable sections, remove infill, and roll the turf for loading. We work cleanly — protecting any adjacent plantings, hardscape, or structures from unnecessary disturbance.

Step 4

Transport and Disposal

We load the removed material and transport it to the appropriate facility. We provide documentation of disposal if needed for permitting or real estate transaction purposes.

Step 5

Site Handoff

We leave the site in the agreed-upon condition — typically cleared and ready for the next project. If you're continuing with a new install, we transition directly to the installation phase.

Can we do removal and new installation as a single project?

Yes — that's actually the cleanest way to do it. We schedule the removal and base assessment on the first day, address any base corrections needed, and proceed to the new installation. You get a single project timeline instead of two separate ones.

We're selling our home and the turf needs to come out before closing. Can you work to that timeline?

We'll do our best. Real estate timelines can be tight — contact us as early as possible in the process and we'll tell you honestly whether we can accommodate the closing date.

What happens to the old turf after you pick it up?
